1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD advance confirmation.
2. Delivery Timeline

3. Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping charge of ₹200 applies to all orders.
- Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
- There are no hidden charges.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected products and locations.
- A ₹200 advance payment is required to confirm COD orders.
- The advance amount is adjusted in the total order value.
- The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
- The ₹200 advance is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer or refused at delivery.
- If the order is cancelled by us or cannot be delivered, the advance will be fully refunded.
5. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
6. Order Tracking
Tracking details are shared after dispatch via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
7. Pickup Option (Office Visit)
- Customers can choose self-pickup from our office.
- Pickup details and timing will be shared after order confirmation.
- A valid order confirmation is required at the time of pickup.
8. Incorrect Address
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details, including correct PIN code and contact number.
- We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect information.
9. Delivery Issues
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide photo/video proof for verification.
