1. Order Processing Time

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via Email/SMS/WhatsApp with tracking details
2. Shipping Coverage
- We deliver across India through trusted courier partners
- International shipping is not available at this time
3. Shipping Charges
- Flat Shipping Fee: ₹200 on all orders
- The shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before payment
- No hidden handling or packaging charges
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders require a ₹200 advance payment to confirm the order
- Orders are processed only after receiving the advance payment
- The ₹200 advance is adjusted in the total order value
- The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery
Advance Payment Policy:
- The ₹200 advance is non-refundable if:
- The order is cancelled by the customer, or
- The order is refused at delivery
- If the order is cancelled by us or cannot be delivered, the advance will be fully refunded
This advance helps us ensure genuine orders and reduce delivery failures.
5. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

- Tracking details are shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp after dispatch
- Customers can track orders using the courier partner link provided
7. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address and PIN code are correct
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect details
Failed Delivery Attempts:
- Courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 3 times
- If the order is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply
8. Damaged Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery
