3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- We accept secure online payments via authorized payment gateways
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Advance Payment
- COD orders require a ₹200 advance payment to confirm the order
- This advance amount is adjusted in the total order value
- Orders are processed only after receiving the advance payment
- The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery
- The ₹200 advance is non-refundable if:
- The order is cancelled by the customer, or
- The order is refused at the time of delivery
- If the order is cancelled by us or cannot be delivered, the advance will be fully refunded
- We reserve the right to restrict COD service for customers with repeated order refusals
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or verification issues
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched as per our Shipping Policy
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
- Delays caused by courier, weather, or logistics are beyond our control
7. Returns & Refunds
- Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Certain items may be marked as non-returnable
